Refund policy

Please inform us if upon receiving your order,

  • your delivery is either not what you ordered
  • damaged or
  • you believe it to be faulty.

You can do this by emailing us at matt@scentedmatte.com.au.

We will replace or refund (at our discretion) any product that you’re not entirely satisfied with. We may ask you to provide additional documentation, such as photos, for any products reported as damaged when received.

We do not offer a refund due to change of mind.
