Shipping policy

We ship anywhere within Australia Only.

You can usually expect dispatch of your order between 1-2 business days as we endevour to fulfill and ship orders as quick as we can. However, there can be some minor delays. So please allow up to 4 business days from the day you place your order with us.

Once fulfilled and dispatched you will receive tracking information for your items.

We offer standard shipping and express shipping on all items from Victoria through Australia Post. Shipping cost is based on weight and is calculated at checkout. Shipping times can vary due to a wide variety of factors. Here are the shipping times that Australia Post has on their website. Use these for reference.

Standard Shipping: Parcel Post

Same State 2-4 business days

Interstate 3-6 business days

Express Shipping: Express Post

Same State: 1-2+ business days

Interstate: 1-3+ business days

Please note that peak holiday and sale times, extreme weather or other circumstances can affect shipping times.

Please understand that you are ordering from a small business and unfortunately, we do not have the ability to negotiate shipping prices to make them cheaper.
